Sending a Special Event campaign mailing is quite simple and can be accomplished in the following 5 easy steps:

  1. We will meet with you to pick a card for the occasion and customize the greeting for the event.
  2. Once the card is complete, we will provide you a proof for your approval before mailing.
  3. By using a simple Excel spreadsheet, we will then import your Client and\or Employee information needing for the mailing.
  4. We will enclose an informational or promotional flyer, if requested.
  5. We will then mail your Special Event card so that it meets the specific date requirements you provide us.

Our beautifully designed cards are printed on premium quality greeting card paper with commercial quality printers. We will hand sign the cards, send them via the U.S. Postal Service using an everyday commemorative stamp and a colorful envelope.
